I started as a commercial photographer, shooting for restaurants, businesses, and properties across Pensacola. After years as Chief Content Officer at a marketing agency, I realized luxury real estate needed what most agents couldn't offer: someone who understood both marketing strategy AND visual storytelling.
I don't just list homes - I create marketing campaigns that sell them.

Since 2017, Stephan has combined high-level marketing strategy with top-tier real estate expertise to deliver exceptional results for buyers and sellers across Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities.
With a background in marketing agency leadership and professional photography, Stephan specializes in high-impact property presentation, strategic pricing, digital marketing, and AI-optimized listing exposure. His passion for design and branding ensures that every home is positioned to stand out — both online and in person — maximizing visibility, engagement, and final sale price.
Stephan earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management from the University of West Florida, along with certifications in Professional Selling and Sales Management. He also completed an international business study program at Lingnan University in Hong Kong, giving him a global perspective on negotiation and positioning.
Recognized as one of Inweekly’s Rising Stars, Stephan is known for his market knowledge, communication, and results-driven approach. A Pensacola native who now lives in Gulf Breeze, he deeply understands the local real estate market — from waterfront homes and luxury properties to primary residences and investment opportunities.
Outside of real estate, Stephan enjoys golf, photography, interior design, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
